Can I turn my own picture into a rug?

Yes. Use artwork you own or have permission to use. Small lettering and fine lines may need simplifying; the design is reviewed before production.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the space where your rug will sit. Include the width and height, with units, for a custom fit. Dimensions and availability are confirmed with your quote.

Can I request a matching mouse rug?

Select the matching mouse rug option in the custom studio. It is a request for your quote; availability, dimensions and any extra cost are confirmed together.

When will my rug arrive?

Production and delivery are separate stages. We confirm both before an order is agreed. Visit our shipping information for the current store status.
